DieMaster DM-ECL Series- Booklet Onserting System
The DM-ECL Series System is a roll-to-roll or roll-to-sheet, booklet onserting and finishing platform. The system is equipped with dual position servo-drive technology to accurately control web speed, web position, and web tension of the substrate as it presented to the onserter for booklet placement, and downstream die cutting.

This system is designed for the extended content label, booklet and pamphlet market, but is flexible enough to finish more conventional labels and media. If you’re in the process of working to capture ECL business but not quite there, start with the conventional label processing machine and add the onserting equipment later.
The Longford International feeder system is a Triple Motor Surge Feeder that will accurately present and position booklets up to ¼ inch thick to the moving web. This feeding system is routinely integrated as a featured component of the AZTECH offline finishing platform.
After booklet placement, AZTECH’s ECL finishing platform provides the necessary tools to finish your extended content labels. Unwinding, Laminating, Rotary Die Cutting, Waste Winding, Slitting, and Duplex Winding stations are standard equipment.
Additionally, the following are also standard features of the DM-ECL Series system:
- Dual-Servo, precision web registration system with electronic registration sensor
- Ultrasonic web guide for processing clear and opaque substrates
- Adjustable onserter support and operator inspection table
- Two fully supported, invertible die stations, with hardened anvil rolls and die blocks
- Pneumatic die disengaging for die damage prevention due to booklet misplacement
- Interchangeable slitting module with a choice of rotary shear, crush knife or razor slitting
